After Booking Schedule

TWO MONTHS Before -

• Call or email to schedule your Day of Coordinator walk through with a Thousand Acre Farm Event Manager. Request your outside vendors to join you at this meeting! 

• We will go over the room layout, logistics of the day, vendors and wedding timeline will all be discussed. 

FOUR WEEKS Before - 

• Visit Thousand Acre Farm for your final walk through. vendors and wedding timeline will all be discussed. Come prepared with last minute questions! Your Day of Coordinator must attend!

• We will meet with your caterer and other vendors to go over your wedding & make sure everyone is on the same page. Final payment for my services will also be due!

ONE WEEK Before -

Meet at the venue to go over your final details, vendors & décor. Going over your final day-of-timeline & decor. Come prepared with last minute questions!

Rehearsal -

Remember that the guest capacity in the barn is 200.
